Working closely together with Chris Ryan, the initiator of the event, Chris Frend has enjoyed working together with numerous community groups who, with their passion and engagement, made the Weeks of Speed grow into an event that has something on offer for everyone.

While Covid-19 has put a damper on events in general, Chris welcomes the news that the event is back and is looking forward for it to grow again to be one of Gunnedah’s signature events attracting visitors to the area during the month of March.
