Director’s Note

Today we’ve gathered in for a wonderful show, Where Seussian characters come and they go! So think of some thinks to conjure them here, We need imagination to make them appear!

From Horton the Elephant with ears so grand, To the Cat in the Hat and his mischievous plans. Think of Whoville and Whos--those citizens small, Who will need your help to not let them fall! And Gertrude McFuzz wishing for tails so long to Mayzie La Bird with her aMay-zing song.

But what’s truly special, what truly delights? What makes our stage light up with Seussian lights?

It’s your smiles, your cheers, your laughter, your love Why it’s you, dear audience, that brings joy from above!

You, yes you! the final piece in our show-You’ve supported the kids and helped them to grow. I couldn’t be prouder of the work they’ve done, They’ve achieved so much--every kid, every one!

Now sit in your seats--it’s on with the show! Oh the thinks you will think, oh the places you’ll go!
