In a year of joyous highs and in the wake of adversity after Hurricane Ian in September 2022, chef Vincenzo Betulia forged ahead and continued to grow his culinary footprint in Naples and Southwest Florida. In late 2022, after personally catering many private events for clients since the pandemic, chef Vincenzo decided to launch Tulia Catering by Vincenzo Betulia.
