I am also the brother of mrs. R. Koster. My niece C. has been communicating with you about my sister. I have read about your work and about the positive results of your treatments. Thanks for what you have done so far for humanity. I visited my sister yesterday and even though she is very weak in her body, she is veryfit in her mind and spirit. I asked her more than once if she was willing tofight for her life and her answer was positive! Eventhough the first and second opinion in the Netherlands do not give reasons for optimism she believes, and so do I that maybe you and your team can offer alternative methods. Of course we realize that chances are very small but we want to fight for life or die while we are TRYING! We know that you were successful with other patients who were also ‘given up’ in the Netherlands. In your communication with C. my sisters daughter there are two things you said that give me hope. You said: ‘wecould try a local chemotherapy and embolization’ and: ‘i think that then only palliative care is an option. I saw the images but i think thatshe is too weak for a treatment’

In thelast sentence you say two times ‘THINK’. I would seriously like to ask you toactually forget what the Dutch hospitals say and form your opinion on your owninvestigations. In this way we can replace the 'I think' for an 'I know'. In this phase my sisterhas more trust in what YOU conclude than in what the Dutch hospitals say. This without wanting to disrespect the doctors here in Holland. We come from a relatively poor migrant background but friends and different artists arewilling to join in a benefit music concert to fundraise the money to cover theexpenses. As a journalist I will follow the process and use my blog and my socialnetworks to report on the process.
