Being a little anxious for test’s or finals is normal aslog as its not to much. If you start getting very anxious a few weeks before the test you really need to just stop and take a few deep breaths. Take some time for your self or take a nap. When you are studying make a plan and set small goals for every day, don’t try to get everything get done in one day. Dayly exercise and a well balanced diet has been said to help controll anxiety, you can go for a run, play some football or
any sport you like. Dont stay up all night studying, that does not help you. Get up early and study in the morning, that is way better than staying up all night and drinking red bull infused coffe, that only makes it worse. Drinking alcohol also makes it worse. You can talk to a student counsler in your school or your teacher. You can also get help online and talk to someone confidentiality. The most important thing is to accept that you cant controll everything and
you just have to do your best. If you dont do to well this time just do better the next time.
