There are varieties of work situations that demand workers to work alone or in shifts. In both scenarios, the worker is supposed to tend to the job at hand on his own, and the location of his work site may be at quite a distance from his office or organization base. Different job roles required the company or the organization to send only one person, and these people are usually called lone workers.
