They may be geographically at either end of our extensive network across the West Country, but our Redhill, Bristol, and Ivybridge, Devon, offices have much in common.

Following the opening of agricultural professional services offices in both locations, it very soon became apparent that there was untapped demand for residential sales services. So, at the start of 2024, Redhill launched its estate agency team, closely followed in the spring by Ivybridge’s expansion.

The office at Chancellors Pound, Redhill, Bristol, opened in 2021 with the team specialising in a range of professional services, as well as increasingly popular property and land auctions.

Tom Rawlings, Residential Manager in Redhill, has a passion for North Somerset and for excellent customer service. It was a natural move for Tom, who lives in the area and has spent 10 years working in the busy Bristol property market.

“I am incredibly lucky and proud to already call this area home and I am excited to be able to help others do the same,” said Tom.

Meanwhile, experienced estate agent Jon Curtis-Hawker was appointed as Residential Sales Manager at Erme Court, Ivybridge.

Jon is delighted to bring his decade-long property industry experience to the Ivybridge team.

“I come from a farming background in the South Hams and I am very excited to be returning to my roots in Ivybridge,” said Jon.
