The following items were acted upon at the January Meeting:

✓ Motion was adopted by general consent to elect Tina Marie Eloian as the 2023 Treasurer.

✓ Motion was adopted by general consent to elect Sharonda Lawrence to fill the vacancy on the Board of Directors until the next election and Sonya Madden as the second choice if Sharonda Lawrence does not accept this appointment.

✓ Motion to adopt the Hybrid Rules as presented to the BOD failed. Suggested Hybrid Rules be forwarded to the Hybrid/Virtual Taskforce for review and final recommendations.

✓ Amended motion to allow Directors the option to make their own arrangements for hotel, transportation, etc. was passed by majority vote.

The following items were acted upon at the February Meeting:

✓ Motion adopted to approve a one-time, retroactive $200 reimbursement increase for the Florida REALTORS® Mid-Winter Meetings to account for inflation and the high hotel costs.

✓ Motion was adopted to continue with current prepayment plans but stop all future prepayment plans and renewals.

✓ Motion was adopted to provide a $750 sponsorship to The Residential Real Estate Council of Florida to support our member leader, Mary Jo Alford-Roberson.

✓ Motion was adopted to approve the NAREB Fitness Day on the GTR parking lot, but only if NAREB provides their own adequate liability insurance with GTR as secondary.

✓ Motion was approved by consensus to have our annual General Membership Meeting on June 7, 2023.

✓ Motion was adopted to continue month-to-month but renegotiate the terms of the Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of REALTORS® (FGCAR) Agreement.

✓ Affiliate Director Jennie Restrepo provided an Affiliate Committee update and motion was adopted to have these suggestions reviewed and addressed by the Pathways to Leadership Task Force.

✓ Motion carried to have the Government Affairs Committee adopt and adhere to the rules followed by the Greater Tampa REALTORS® Board of Directors to conduct their meetings.

The following items were acted upon at the March Meeting:

✓ Motion to add new CEO Jason Outman and remove Interim CEO Carol Austin from the Bank of America account effective April 5, 2023, was adopted.

✓ Motion to add new CEO Jason Outman and remove Interim CEO Carol Austin from the Baird account effective April 5, 2023, was adopted.

✓ Motion approved from the March 27, 2023 Special Finance Committee meeting, to move up to $2.5M from checking account to investment account with $500,000 going into two money market accounts. And the balance of up to $2M being split between bonds and treasuries in increments of 3, 6 and 9 months with Baird.

✓ Motion was approved for Marlene Cambronero and Lea Lagueux to attend and reimbursed for their attendance at the REALTOR Quest Conference in Canada on May 17-18, as budgeted for in the 2023 budget.
