Fold in half, along the dashed line, with the design on the outer side. Cut along the full line.
Cut out card.
Unfold.
Fold in half again, with the design on the inside. Apply glue on one side...

Fold along the dashed diagonal lines.
...and stick it on the base card (preferably red colored). Apply glue on the other half and close the card. Wait for the glue to dry and your pop up card is ready.
