A Message from our CEO and Board Chair Thanks to the volunteers, donors, and stakeholders who partner with us, 2023 was a fantastic year of growth and change at Girl Scouts of Western Ohio.

Because of your support and investment, the Girl Scouts for Every Girl program launched, providing innovative ways to ensure every girl can be her best self in Girl Scouts. The Empower Her capital campaign concluded, resulting in a range of improvements at our camps. We also provided a variety of impactful programs in which girls learned everything from mental health to construction trades — all to meet the needs of today’s girls!

Our numbers show more successes, including increased membership, a strong financial foundation, and girl outcomes.

But at Girl Scouts, our impact goes Beyond the Numbers.

We hope you’ll go Beyond the Numbers online with us and learn how we are shaping the next generation of leaders in our communities, together!

When Girl Scout activities are cooperative, girl-led, and hands-on, as outlined in the Girl Scout Leadership Experience (GSLE), girls show greater benefits. Girl Scouts who engaged with the GSLE in 2023, achieved these outcomes.
