WALIG HUT The Walig Hut is located 1’700 metres above sea level above Gstaad – a very special place that has preserved its tranquillity, nature and authenticity since 1783, far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. DRESS CODE From 7.00 pm gentlemen are asked to wear a jacket in Le Grill, the Bar du Grill and the Veranda section of Le Grand Restaurant. Gentlemen are also asked to kindly refrain from wearing open-toe shoes or shorts. Caps and hats, coats, hoodies, t-shirts, ripped jeans as well as sports- and hiking outfits or shoes are not permitted in the restaurants and bars in the evening. Other than that, we won’t cramp your style! Gildo’s al Fresco is all about a relaxed summer atmosphere, where no specific dress code applies. Dogs are also very welcome to join. However, we kindly remind you that in the Lobby and in the hotel’s other restaurants, the above mentioned dress code applies.
