It’s a crunchy graham sandwich cookie with creamy chocolate and marshmallow-y filling. These new delicious treats will be waiting for you when our cookie sale starts on January 19, 2017.
New Outdoor Badges Now Available The Retail Store is excited to offer the all new Girls’ Choice Outdoor Badges – Art in the Outdoors, which were developed, created and voted on by girls. The badges are $2 each. The requirements are available to purchase for $2.50 or to download for $.99. Stop by either of our stores to check them out.

Does a Mom Have a Girl Scout, too?
There are two locations and dates: September 17 from 10 a.m - 3 p.m. at Camp Nocatee or September 24 from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. at Camp Welaka Registration cost is $30 per Girl and Mom (Couple) and $15 per additional Girl (up to two siblings.) Girls must be either a registered Girl Scout Daisy or Brownie.

Gold or Silver Award Project Deadline is Approaching This is a reminder if you have a graduated 8th or 12th grader working on an approved Gold or Silver Award project, the deadline to complete the projects is fast approaching. Completed project submissions (reports and scrapbooks) are due Friday, September 30, 2016 by 5:00 p.m. at either the Jupiter or Oakland Park Service Centers. Please note - Council offices are CLOSED ON FRIDAYS. In the event you cannot make it to one of the Service Centers by Thursday, September 29 at 5:00 p.m., contact Lammy Askar at aaskar@gssef.org IMMEDIATELY to make arrangements. Final reports and scrapbooks may also be mailed to either Service Center as long as they are post-marked by September 30th.

Three cheers for this special pre-game Girl Scout Cheerleading Clinic with the Hurricanes Cheerleaders and Sunsations! The clinic is on Saturday, September 10th for girls ages 5 – 17 and includes a Hurricanes Girl Scouts Day patch and (1) ticket for the Hurricanes v. FAU football game for the clinic participant.

Important ACH Information for Troop Leaders Attention Troop Leaders! Please be aware that in order for your troop to participate in either the 2016 Fall Product Sale or 2017 Cookie Sale Program, your troop must have an ACH Banking Process Authorization Form on file with Girl Scouts of Southeast Florida (GSSEF) that includes your current Troop bank account information. Participation in the ACH Banking process is MANDATORY for Troops for the Fall Product Sale and Cookie Sale Program. If you have not previously filed out a form with GSSEF, please complete an ACH Banking Process Authorization Form, attach a voided Troop check, and submit both documents no later than October 1, 2016 to: Suzanne Canter Product Sales Department Girl Scouts of Southeast Florida 1224 West Indiantown Road Jupiter, FL 33458 Fax: 561-427-0460 or Email: scanter@gssef.org
Troops must also submit a NEW ACH Banking Process Authorization Form anytime there is a change to the Troop’s banking information. Troops will deposit all Product Sale Program funds into their individual Troop bank accounts promptly and frequently. All monies from either Product Sale due to GSSEF will be collected from Troops via ACH (Automatic Clearing House) debit. ACH is a nationwide electronic funds transfer network which enables banks to distribute electronic charges (debits) and credits to bank accounts and to settle such entries.

Girl Scouts of Southeast Florida 2016 Fall Product Program begins October 1. It is intended to reach family, friends, teachers and neighbors, and will help troops earn money to fund troop programs and activities throughout the year. Girls can also earn brilliant rewards. The Council’s Fall Product Sale Program helps girls develop five key leadership skills: goal-setting, decision making, people skills, money management and business ethics.

Cookie Ordering Survey for Troops Again this year, troops who want to receive cases of the gluten free cookie, ToffeeTastic, during initial order delivery, must place a firm order this fall. Additionally, our new S’mores cookie must also be ordered this way and troops who want to have them available to sell in January, must place a firm order this fall. A survey will be sent to the leader of all troops registered for the 2017 membership year the week of September 5. Troops will be required to complete the survey in order to guarantee that they will receive S’mores and Toffee-Tastic cookies at the time of the initial delivery. Click here for more information.
