Welcome to GOVERNMENT STREET PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH. Visitor and Member cards are located in the pew racks and may be completed during the Ritual of Friendship and returned with the offering. Childcare is available for infants to three years old in the nursery. New Members are welcomed by profession of faith, reaffirmation of faith, or transfer of membership. A native of Newbern, Alabama, he has served three different churches in the Presbytery of South Alabama since 1978 and one other PCUSA Church in West Virginia prior to moving to our area. He retired in 2012 from Spanish Fort Presbyterian and now resides in Daphne, along with his wife Carolyn. They have two sons: David, a university professor in Siena, Italy, and Claiborne, an attorney in Albany, NY. Since retiring, Julian's interests are being active as a Baldwin County Master Gardener, cooking, and enjoying conservation and outdoor activities on family land in the Black Belt.
