Citizen of US, 18 years old by the date of the election, legal resident of Guilford County for 30 days by the date of the election, not serving a sentence for a felony conviction.
Board of Elections (GSO and HP), NC DMV (online or in person), public agencies, mail-in form, early voting sites.
The deadline to register to vote is 25 days before Election Day. But you can same-day register at an early voting site if you miss the 25 day deadline. No same-day registration on Election Day. Check your registration status here: vt.ncsbe.gov/RegLkup/
The City of Greensboro will hold a primary election ahead of the general election to narrow down several of the races. Mayoral and district council races will be narrowed to two candidates each. At-large council race will be narrowed to three candidates.
Three Greensboro early voting sites are available:
Old County Courthouse
Bur-Mil Park Clubhouse
Greensboro Complex (formerly Coliseum)
Special Events Center
Jamestown Town Hall
Same-Day registration is available at any early voting site.
Any Guilford County voter can vote at any early voting site. You do not have to early vote at your designated voting site.
