Presented by GS-NCCP, the Growing Sisterhood Patch is a fun and inspiring way for girls and volunteers to celebrate the power of connection!
Through this special program, current Girl Scout families can invite new families in their community to join the adventure, spreading friendship, fun, and the Girl Scout spirit. Best of all, your patch “grows” each year you continue to champion the Girl Scout mission!

Kick off the Girl Scout year with a fun-filled signature event that delivers a mini-sampler of all four pillars: STEM, Life Skills, Outdoors, and Entrepreneurship!
Participants will enjoy interactive stations at the MiniQuest Expo and one longer badge-earning workshop, plus a special patch to commemorate the day Snacks are included; please bring your own lunch.

Important Girl Scouts Give Update:
At the close of this fiscal year (September 30, 2025), Girl Scouts Give will no longer be offered as a fundraising/patch activity for troops. We deeply appreciate our volunteers’ dedication as Champions and advocates for Girl Scouts Give, as well as the support from the many donors, troops, and service units who have participated over the years.
This decision was made after careful consideration of several factors, including low participation and internal resource allocation While the program will end, we will continue to encourage troops and volunteers to engage in our fundraising efforts through annual campaigns such as Giving HERsday and membership support. There will no longer be a specific requirement or fundraising goal for volunteers to incorporate into their planning.
We are in the process of contacting Girl Scouts Give donors to discuss transitioning their gifts. As always, troops, donors, and community members can support Girl Scouts – North Carolina Coastal Pines anytime by clicking the “Donate” button on our homepage or visiting gsnccp.org/give.
