Welcome 2025-26 Girl Scouts!

At Girl Scouts of Eastern Oklahoma, we believe every Girl Scout deserves the opportunity to thrive in a space where she feels welcomed, respected, and empowered.

That’s why every program we offer is designed with inclusion and flexibility in mind.

During registration, you’ll see a section labeled “Special Circumstances.” We encourage caregivers to use this space to share anything that might help us better support your Girl Scout—whether it’s medical, behavioral, sensory, accessibility-related, or simply something unique about how she experiences the world.

The more we know, the more prepared we can be to create safe, respectful, and enriching experiences for every girl. Our team is here to listen, adapt, and ensure that every Girl Scout feels seen, valued, and supported.

January 25, 2026 DBJ Registration Deadline: 1/11 This hands-on event encourages intergenerational bonding through activities and storytelling. Families will explore their shared history, connect with their heritage, and create lasting memories. Girls will gain a deeper appreciation for their roots and the confidence to continue sharing their family stories in the future.

December 6, 2025 DBJCSA Registration Deadline: 11/23 Put your cybersecurity skills to the test at Cookie Coded: The Recipe Rescue! Team up to solve puzzles, crack codes, and stop sneaky hackers from stealing top-secret cookie recipes. Can you save the day and become a cookie-saving cyber hero?

Telling Our Tales: A Family Legacy Workshop

October 26, 2025 DBJ Registration Deadline: 10/12 Join Tulsa artist Jamie Pierson for a hands-on mural project at Zink Lake Overlook! Hear her story, explore outdoor art, and help create a collaborative mural. Daisies, Brownies, and Juniors will work toward earning art badge steps while getting creative outdoors!

Pumpkin Chunkin November 1, 2025 DBJCSA Registration Deadline: 10/05 Get pumped for Pumpkin Chunkin!

Troops will build their own catapults and launch old pumpkins through the air in a fun, hands-on competition full of laughs, teamwork, and a little bit of science. We'll have two sessions—one for DBJ and one for CSA—so everyone gets a shot at pumpkin-flinging glory!

Meet My Sisters Tulsa November 15, 2025 DBJCSA Registration Deadline: 10/18 Get ready for a wild day at Meet My Sisters Tulsa! Start your adventure at the Tulsa Zoo with the U2 Zoo program, then head to Oxley Nature Center for outdoor fun and Girl Scout sisterhood.

It's a day full of animals, nature, and new friends you won’t want to miss!

How to Use Cookie Credit Girl Scouts work hard to earn their Cookie Program Credit (CPC) and there are lots of ways to use it.

Cookie Program Credit (CPC) can now be used to register for a GSEOK events or camps directly in the new gsEvents registration system. During registration, select “Apply Program Credit” at checkout. If available, up to the full event fee will be pulled from your available CPC. To apply CPC to an existing event balance, complete the Cookie Program Credit Request Form. Requests may take 5-7 business days to complete.

Financial Aid All new first-year girls and new first-year volunteers needed to start a troop, meet the troop adult-to-girl ratio, or have special circumstances for additional roles throughout the council. We encourage returning girls to renew their membership for the upcoming year using Cookie Program Credit.

Outdoors?

Troop Camping

Troop Camping Troop Camping is a great way for girls to explore leadership, build Overnight Events skills, and develop their appreciation of nature. No matter which adventures you choose it will be unforgettable.

Troops must have a qualified volunteer with the following training to camp: Camp Swannie, Tallchief, and Wah-Shah-She • First Aid and CPR • Beyond the Meeting • Site Orientation • Troop Camper Training Troop House • First Aid and CPR • Beyond the Meeting • Site Orientation • Troop Camper Training (only if using outdoor cooking or other outdoor skills)

To request a stay at camp: Starting mid-January visit gseok.org/campreservations to make your troop camping reservations today! The online reservation calendars allow GSEOK council troops and groups bookings year-round up to 4 months in advance at any of our camp properties. gseok.org/campreservations

Travel Troop Travel We have updated the process for Troop Travel - check our website for the most up to date forms and information.

Trips 3 Nights or less: Form 585 due 4 weeks before Extended Trips 4-5 nights: Form 583 due 3 months before trip * Extended Trip 6 nights or more: Form 583 due 6 months before trip * International Travel: Form 583 due 1 year before trip * *Trips lasting 4 nights or more require an initial intent submission and approval.

After initial approval, additional forms are required before the trip*
