By attending Girl Scout Camp, your camper will learn and thrive in an all-girl, girl-led environment- and have fun while she's there. We utilize the tools of the Girl Scout Leadership Experience to help turn your camper into a G.I.R.L. (Go-Getter, Innovator, Risk-Taker, and Leader). The Girl Scout Leadership Experience encourages girls to Discover themselves, Connect with others, and Take Action to make the world a better place. Guided by our highly trained camp staff, she will discover opportunities to become truly independent. The focus on our intentional and progressive camp activities, group games, and challenges will give your girl a chance to take risks with support from her sister Girl Scouts. Our Girl Scout Camps give girls the opportunity to meet people of different backgrounds in a safe environment, without judgments and expectations of the outside world. In a community free of electronic devices, campers focus on interacting with one another in a natural setting. Our highly trained staff are dedicated to making sure that your child has a unique experience, while she develops skills she will use for the rest of her life.

Sammy’s Story: “At Girl Scout Camp, I had an opportunity to be whoever I wanted to be, I learned to just be me. I had an opportunity there, and that opportunity was to spread my wings and fly, because I could be anything I wanted to be. If you just met me, you would never believe that I was ever shy. But it is true that I was very shy. Girl Scout Camp turned it around though, because after learning to be myself, I got a voice. Camper | Age 10 | 3 years at Girl Scout Summer Camp
