Join us for a fun afternoon learning about flag ceremonies and etiquette. Enjoy flag-themed crafts, games and snack. Plus, get a special patch!
Special Instructions:
Please wear your Girl Scout uniform and comfortable shoes as we will be outside for part of this event.
When: November 11, 2023, 1-4 p.m.
Where: Triad Service Center 303 Pisgah Church Road, Suite C, Greensboro, NC 27455
Who: Girl Scout Brownies
Deadline: November 2, 2023
Fee: $5 (includes patch and snack)

Step 6: Wrap-up WAS THE EVENT SUCCESSFUL?
After the event make sure to:
• Finalize event budget with actual figures.
• Was there a profit or loss?
• If a profit, how will the money be spent?
• Are all outstanding invoices paid in full?
• Can any unused supplies be returned to the store for credit or used in the future?
• Write and send thank you notes to those who helped with event.
• Debrief with your planning team.
• What can be improved?
• Celebrate your successes!
Don’t forget to share!
• Share pictures with participants, service unit and your Engagement Manager.
• Submit your photos to our GS News form for a chance to be featured on our council social media pages.
Evaluate
Use different evaluation methods. Find the one the participants respond to best.
Verbal: Ask the participants verbally and make note of comments. Written: Create and distribute event evaluation to participants. Digital: Send participants an e-mail or text asking for feedback.
Be Receptive
Listen to the comments of others. Every comment, positive or not, is good feedback.
