ForourTier3areas,wearecallingonsupportfromourvolunteerstohelpmake connectionsandrecruitgirlsAugust-December.Volunteerswillbetrainedand providedarecruitmenttoolkit.EngagementManagersupportwillbeavailableto volunteers.
VOLUNTEERRECRUITERTRAINING
We Need Your Help!
We are looking to bring on and train volunteers who are interested in helping recruit new leaders and girls. Volunteers will be needed during On-time Recruitment (August-November) and Extended Year Recruitment (March-June).
Volunteer Recruiter Training will be held in February & June. If interested, please contact your Engagement Manager to get signed up! Again, we need your help!
VOLUNTEERTOOLKIT(VTK) UPDATES&NEWLEADERSUPPORT
VTK changes will support multi-level troops and will be released on August 1. The Engagement Team will work with service units to provide in-person and virtual training to new and existing leaders.
New Leader Office Hours (October-May)
In an effort to provide ongoing support to new leaders, the Engagement Team will host virtual office hours monthly on the 2nd Wednesday from 5:30-7 p.m. More information to come….
