Georgia Southern had an outstanding showing at SEDAAG (Southeastern Division of the Association of AmericanGeographers).
EmmanuellaBosompemaaObeng earned the Best Graduate Poster Award for her research, “Evaluating Spatiotemporal Vegetation Index Variation to Detect Salt Marsh Dieback on the Georgia Coast,” and Dr. AmyPotter(SEESProfessor)washonoredwiththeSEDAAGExcellenceinResearchAward.
Dr. Helen Rosko and Dr. Chase Womack (SEES professors) also presented, along with three undergraduatestudents:ThomasBailey,AmberTalhouk,andKendallGraceJudy.
