COSM Vehicles - Issue 7

The COSM Van will now be located on the Armstrong Campus.

If you would like to use the Van, Truck, or Boat please complete the following tasks:

• Fill out the Request Form

• Fill out the Vehicle Guidelines Form

• Watch the Driving Do's and Don'ts

• Obtain a WEX Fuel Card

• Fill out Fuel Card and Fuel Pin Authorization Form
