Summer Camp
Registration opens Feb. 1st at 7AM!
How to Register Summer Camp 2024 registration opens Tuesday, February 1st at 7:00AM EST at www.gscb.org. Reserving your spot is simple. You’ll complete a short registration and pay the $50.00 non-refundable deposit (this is required at time of registration, even for families applying for Financial Assistance). Once basic registration is complete, you’ll receive an email to complete the medical and health history portion of the registration via our new online system - CampDoc. No need to finish in one sitting, you can save and come back as many times as you need. This MUST be completed minimum TWO WEEKS prior to your camp week. To help things go smoothly, you’ll need: • Camper medical insurance details (carrier, name of insured policy holder, policy/group numbers, insurance company phone number, etc.) • Camper physician and dentist information (name, address,
phone) • Immunization records • Medical condition details and disease/health history • Camper medication/prescription details (name of drug, dosage instructions, etc.)
FREE Camp T-shirt and Patch All campers will receive a free camp t-shirt and patch. T-shirt design and color differ for overnight and day campers. Design/colors may vary slightly from pictured. Camp Care Package - $35.00 Includes tie dye baseball cap, 28 oz. water bottle with flip up straw, and a camp water bottle decal (decal differs for day and overnight campers).

Deluxe Camp Care Package - $50.00 Includes everything in the regular camp care package PLUS a “Camp Girl Scouts” long sleeve t-shirt and holographic water bottle decal.
