If you would like to help the most vulnerable in society this Christmas by making a food or cash donation – then Angela and her wonderful team in the Co-op Bridge of Weir will be there to greet you on Saturday 5 December. The store also has a Renfrewshire Food Bank Donation Bin in place all year round. Items that the Food Bank are always short of – Cereal, UHT Milk, Diluting Juice, Coffee, Tinned Tuna, Tinned Potatoes, Tinned Tomatoes, Tinned Fruit, Tinned Creamed Rice, Tins or Cartons of Custard and Toiletries (especially men’s deodorant, men’s shave gel and razors).

Sadly, ACCORD cannot invite you to come into the beautiful Hospice grounds for our Annual Light Up a Life Service. However, we know how important remembrance and reflection are and recognise that the service provides a great deal of comfort to you all. This event will be streamed live on the ACCORD Hospice Facebook page from 6pm which includes carol singing and the illumination of our Christmas lights. We will encourage you to light a candle at home with your friends or family to remember the special people in your lives.
