The Publisher shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by the Advertising Client as a result of any failure, negligence or omission •

by any party in the course of the distribution or circulation of the Publication in which the Advertisement is scheduled to appear. In the event of any error, misprint or omission by the Publisher in the printing of an Advertisement, the Publisher will either re-insert •
