Project Delivery

Fast delivery methods include email, Box, Dropbox and an FTP method. All are available and each project will be accompanied with quotations or order forms (which we provide where necessary) with all details including the deadline, and lastly, the invoice will follow.

Catch-ups and Review

After the trial period, we propose a monthly catch-up and annual review. Every month, we would discuss the expected number or projects, availability and feedback.

We always further discuss plans to improve service delivery and go through any major company updates as they materialise. We like to keep clients up-to-date with company progress to ensure that we understand your company’s outlook and vision and you understand ours.

Communication

Phone and video calls via Zoom, Teams or Skype are the best method of commuication. We will also provide backup communication for you. All communication will most likely be through either your Account Manager or our Managing Director, both of whom are available 10 hours a day (adjusted depending on time zone), with responses within 24 hours.

Visits

For transparency, we always encourage company visits, where we will visit you or you can meet us. We look forward to meeting you!
