What brought you to study acting at London’s Royal Central School of Speech and Drama?
I wanted to continue my education in English. Performing in a language different from your mother tongue forces you to think differently, in a less predictable and more surprising way.

The Saremo giovani e bellissimi movie and The Little Drummer Girl series. The former because there was a wonderful atmosphere on the set and the whole cast was very young, the latter because I was able to work with some outstanding actors such as Florence Pugh, Alexander Skarsgård and Michael Shannon,
What other passions do you have?

Please tell us about Milano as described in Blocco 181, the new series released in May on Sky and in streaming on NOW, which you star in.
There is Milano as we all know it, the Swinging Milano, and there is the city’s darker, more aggressive and sensual side.
And your Milano?
I go to know Milano better before the shooting began, when we moved there to explore and experience the city so as to get was the Argelati Swimming Pool, a key moment in the story of the trio.
Cosa ti ha spinto a studiare recitazione alla Royal Central School of Speech and Drama di Londra?
Volevo continuare la mia formazione in lingua inglese. Recitare in una lingua diversa dalla lingua madre ti obbliga a fare dei percorsi mentali meno scontati e più sorprendenti.
Dopo il teatro, arrivano anche la tv e il cinema. Con i Medici - Masters of Florence, dove hai recitato con Dustin Hoffman e Richard Madden, I due Papi di Fernando Meirelles, House of Gucci… Qual è stata l’esperienza più
Saremo giovani e bellissimi e la serie The Little Drummer Girl. Il primo perché il clima sul set era meraviglioso e la squadra di lavoro giovanissima, il secondo perché mi ha permesso di vedere all’opera dei fuori classe come Florence Pugh, Alexander Skarsgård e Michael Shannon, diretti dal maestro Park Chan-Wook.
Quali sono le tue altre passioni?
linguistica e la storia del linguaggio. In generale penso che qualunque tipo di stimolo.
Raccontaci la Milano di Blocco 181, la nuova serie uscita a maggio su Sky e in streaming su NOW, di cui sei uno dei giovani protagonisti.
C’è la Milano che conosciamo, la Milano da bere, ma anche una Milano più cupa, più aggressiva e sensuale.
E la tua Milano?
Ho conosciuto Milano prima di iniziare le riprese, quando ci siamo trasferiti per avere la possibilità di viverla e conoscerla, così da avvicinarci di più ai nostri personaggi. Uno dei miei set preferiti è stato la Piscina Argelati, momento chiave per la storia del trio.
