2. Incorporar el Verdessece Alginate y mezclar previamente la glicerina y Verdessence Xanthan e incorporarlos a la mezcla anterior
3 En un recipiente separado calentar a 80°C la fase D e incorporar a la fase A+B+C a 80°C y mezclar hasta formar la emulsión
4 Enfría la formulación bajo agitación y a 50°C añadir la fase E
5 A 40°C incorporar la fase F previamente mezcladas y homogeneizar con Ultraturrax durante 1 minito
6 A 30°C añadir la fase G y ajustar el pH

1 Calentar a 80°C la fase A
Filtro UV de Amplio Espectro
Ingrediente Activo
80 Ajuste pH
2 Por separado premezclar la Glicerina con el Verdessence Xanthan y en otro vaso añadir el Agua con Sharomix EG10, después añadir la parte premezclada al Agua y calentar a 80°C, posteriormente añadir la fase A a la fase B bajo agitación
3 Homogeneizar con Ultraturrax a 3000
4 Predispersar la fase C e incorporar a la emulsión A+B por debajo de 50°C
5 Agregar la fase D uno a uno a la emulsión y mezclar hasta que esté totalmente homogéneo
6 Incorporar la fase E, por separado premezclar el Agua con Postbiolift™ BC 10152 y agregar posteriormente lo demás uno a uno.
