D E A R D I A P E R D R I V E O R G A N I Z E R ,
Thank you for working with [organization’s name] to support our diaper drive.
Families who are already struggling financially have a hard time keeping diapers in stock for their little ones. With your help, we can alleviate this financial strain and make sure our community's most vulnerable citizens have this most basic of needs met.
Our Diaper Drive Organizers are key to the success of our program! Not only will you help collect diapers for families in our community, but you will also be raising awareness about our organization and this important program. We truly appreciate that you have volunteered your time and skills to this project.
We hope this toolkit will provide you with the steps, resources, and answers you need to run a successful drive. Please know that we are also available to answer questions and provide additional support.
Kindest Regards,

Fitness Centers
Community Centers

Book Clubs
Fellowship Groups
School Teams or Clubs
Service Clubs (Rotary, Elks etc)

Have a prize for the group, team, or individual that collects in the most diapers. Ask guests to bring a diaper donation to your next event. Set up a table or booth at a community event and decorate like it's for a baby shower to raise awareness.
Consequences of Diaper Need
Babies who remain too long in a soiled diaper are exposed to potential health risks
Most child care centers, even free and subsidized facilities, require parents to provide a day’s supply of disposable diapers. Many parents cannot go to work or school if they can’t leave their babies at child care
