Architectural Excellence
The design establishes the existing rooftop as new ground, exploiting its twin assets of privacy and panoramic views. Setback from façade edge with solid balustrades enables private terraces behind full-height glazing. Distinctive black-framed glazing frames city vistas whilst restrained interiors defer to generous space and outlook. Three penthouses deliver secluded sky-level living with exceptional amenity.

Architectural Excellence
Refined material palette, thoughtful density, and landscape integration establish new benchmark for the area. Two cedar-clad buildings echo Victorian scale and massing whilst introducing crafted detailing that ages gracefully - housing four maisonettes. Five single-storey glass pavilions with sedum roofs sit beyond, invisible from above, forming communal courtyard whilst maximizing daylight.

Architectural Excellence
Lowering the ground plane one storey below street establishes new datum via two-storey perimeter walls, enabling triple-height accommodation whilst preserving streetscape scale. Asymmetric positioning generates 360° circulation and three external spaces. Distinctive street-facing lantern and top-lit brick-and-timber interiors create discreet landmark presence.
