NEWSLETTER GROUPE LEMOINE

Quality is not a cost. It is our future.

2026 is a demanding year. Markets are competitive, customers are more demanding than ever, and our results show we still have progress to make. In this context, one thing makes the difference: the quality of what we produce every day.

Our customers — large retailers across Europe and beyond — trust us to deliver cotton products that meet their standards, every single time. A defect, a failed audit, a late delivery: these are not just operational issues. They put our commercial relationships at risk. Every batch that leaves our factories is Groupe Lemoine's signature.

SHEQ and more specifically Quality also protects our business. In a tough price environment, it is what keeps us competitive — not by being the cheapest, but by being the most reliable. That is what wins new contracts, like the DM printed sticks project now in production. That is what builds lasting partnerships with Lidl, Mercadona, Carrefour, and others.

Our LMG Ecovadis Gold rating — 81/100, top 5% in the world — is further proof that this commitment to sheq/quality goes beyond the product itself. It covers how we work, how we treat people, and how we think about the future.

Whether on the production line, in quality control, in logistics, or in the office — everyone plays a role. Doing things right the first time is the simplest, most powerful contribution each of us can make to Groupe Lemoine's success.

FIGURES OF THE MONTH - APRIL 2026

April sales level is good, above budget.

Well done, Lemoine Holland!

Congratulations to the entire Lemoine Holland team on their successful IFS audit. This result is the direct reward for the daily efforts of every person on site — it shows what we are capable of when standards are met collectively

2025 EMISSIONS REPORT

We are pleased to announce that our 2025 Emissions Report is now finalized!

A key highlight this year: our total emissions decreased by 5% compared to 2024. This is a very positive development and an important step in our continuous sustainability journey. Even considering that we have produced +30% more (End of Life) Products weight.

Total emissions for 2025 amounted to 62,483 tCO₂e, with Scope 3 emissions continuing to represent the largest share of our overall footprint. The most significant contributions remain our raw material purchases “Purchased Goods and Services” as well as our products itself “End-of-Life of Sold Products.”

The reduction versus 2024 is mainly linked to lower investment-related emissions. In 2024, the installation of our new paper stick machines resulted in significantly higher emissions under “Capital Goods” due to the large-scale investments made during that year. As no comparable major investments took place in 2025, emissions in this category decreased substantially (-5 tCO₂e in 2025).

Emissions Overview by Scope

During June, we will focus on the EcoVadis uploads for all EU locations. We kindly ask all teams for their support in finalizing the required documentation and ensuring timely submission of all relevant information. Starting in September, dedicated project groups for emission reduction initiatives will be launched. These cross-functional teams will identify additional reduction opportunities and support the implementation of targeted sustainability measures across the organization.

A big thank you to everyone involved in data collection, analysis, and implementation of sustainability initiatives across the company. “

SUPPLY & PURCHASING NEWS

Building a more integrated operating model

As shared during the last Top 60 broadcast, Groupe Lemoine is entering a new phase in the way we manage Purchasing and Supply Chain. The objective is not simply to add a new scope to the existing organization. The ambition is to build a more integrated Supply + Purchasing model, better connected to our industrial reality.

Purchasing decisions have direct industrial impact

Suppliers • Materials • Capacity • Stocks • Cash • Service • Margin

Our immediate priority: continuity first

Before transforming the organization, our short-term focus is very clear: securing business continuity. We are focusing on cotton coverage, packaging supplier risks, supplier creditlimit situations, and the clarification of category responsibilities and escalation rules.

3. Value creation after Improve margin, cash, supplier risk and industrial performance

More structure, without slowing down operations

The updated purchase category responsibility matrix defines which categories are managed centrally, which remain locally managed but coordinated with the Group, who the category owner is, and when a situation must be escalated. The objective is not to create complexity, but to avoid uncontrolled cost increases, secure supplier decisions and ensure that business risks are escalated early enough.

Current transition focus

Cotton coverage: secure short-term needs

Packaging : monitor suppliers at risk or blocked and act on business-critical references. Finance coordination: manage supplier credit-limit situations with fast, targeted actions. Plant proximity : stay close to local teams to detect risks early and find practical solutions.

A collective transition

Purchasing is a broad and technical scope, with specific supplier relationships, negotiation cycles and market dynamics. This transition will require discipline, transparency and teamwork. We will rely on the expertise of many teams : plants, Finance, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations and local purchasing contacts.

Continuity first. Structure next. Value creation after. By working together, we can secure the transition and build a stronger operating model for Groupe Lemoine.

FOCUS SAFETY AT LSCI

During May 5th and 6th, safety awareness sessions were held at the LSCI facilities for 29 employees. These sessions allow for direct dialogue with employees, as well as the collection of their feedback. The sessions were conducted by Albasa Support through Sonia and Katerin.

The goal is to carry out these sessions with the entire workforce at both Albasa and LSCI during the year 2026. Human Resources, Safety and Quality fully committed to safety.

safety Key focus during those sessions:

LSCI accident rate evolution over the last two years

Analysis of 2026 incidents and implementation of corrective actions

Safety is not optional — it must be embedded in the production process

Safety are both: a right and a responsibility of every employee

Additional update:

EcoVadis audit (all plants): overview provided and progress on supporting documentation shared
