A COLLECTIVE EFFORT AT LMF
At the initiative of the GREENERS group, a waste sorting awareness campaign was organized across all our sites.
On the agenda: a team game that brought employees together for a waste sorting challenge, promoting learning, team spirit, and good cheer.
✅Result: a better understanding of proper waste management practices, strong team engagement… and a great shared sense of momentum!
This day also provided an opportunity to hold a clothing drive, with nearly 30 kg of textiles collecte demonstrating our concrete commitment to more responsible waste management.

Mehmet and Hemco attended the EMPACK fair in Gorinchem to connect with our current suppliers and scope out potential new ones A major focus of their conversations was figuring out how these partners can help LMH operate more efficiently as we scale and reach new heights.

The auditor was impressed throughout the process and has confirmed this as an outstanding result.
The factory's readiness is a true reflection of the last four months of dedicated teamwork and rewarding to see such a clean, safe place to work.
