CEO Message

I’m pleased to be launching the Emerging Leaders Program for 2026.

We’re excited to see you grow and to witness the impact you’ll make.

The strength of our leadership is important in making a difference to our people, pups, and participants. This program will equip you with practical tools and strategies that you can apply immediately. We believe that by investing in your development, we are investing in the success and sustainability of our organisation. Together, let's continue get things done through quality leadership of ourselves and our teams.

Over the next 12 months, you’ll be challenged, yet also provided the tools and experiences to support your journey. As we invest in you, I ask that you invest you, ensure to dedicate the time and effort to this program it warrants, even when you don’t feel like it. A critical part of leadership is resilience and fortitude in challenging times, which enables you to be there for yourself and for others when needed.

My own leadership journey has been incredibly rewarding, yet it doesn’t come without a few battle scars. I’ve learnt the easy way by watching and learning from the successes and mistakes of others, and I’ve learnt the hard way by not doing the former.

I’ve learnt that my operating mode is not everyone else’s operating mode, I’ve learnt that compassion and empathy are vital, yet so are expectations. I’ve learnt that all good leaders have the same fundamental pizza base, then add their own toppings that offer certain flavours. This course is the pizza base, developing the foundation, and exploring what toppings and flavour you want others to experience from your leadership.

The logo of this program is appropriately a compass, navigating leadership is navigating unexpected waters, weather, and uncertain times. Planning and staying the course when it’s needed.

This is the second year we have engaged ‘Peeplcoach’ in offering leadership development and trust a valuable year ahead for you in working with them.

I encourage you to give your best to this program. Be open, ask questions, share your learnings, and lean into the opportunities you’re given.

• Weekly - 1hr circa Online Coursework Access to relevant leadership models, templates, tips, and guides via the Peeplcoach platform.

• Monthly 1:1 Coaching Sessions Monthly one-on-one coaching sessions to develop your leadership skills and support the implementation of the skills in the workplace.

• Quarterly Group Coaching Session Group coaching Sessions where all participants come together to share their learnings from the program and share their experiences of practically applying the new leadership skills in the workplace.
