Then, on Friday, April 17th, we invite everyone to join us to celebrate the cattle that will pass through the sale ring with dinner and beverages at 6:30 p.m. The meal will be prepared by our good pal, Freddy Williams. The sale will start on Saturday, April 18th at 10:30 a,m. with Lynn Lee auctioneering, Greg Evans and Michael Hurst as your pedigree readers, and a great group of sale staff sure to entertain!

THIS IS ONLINE BIDDING ONLY
1. Embryos sold on a per embryo basis times the number of embryos offered in the package unless otherwise noted or announced.
2. Shipping arrangements or pickup of the embryos, including all expenses, are the buyer’s responsibility. The consignor's email addresses & phone numbers have been provided for buyers and sellers to arrange shipment.
3. No embryos will be released before payment is made.
Selling price is per Embryo - Buyer is responsible for all costs of shipping expenses.
This auction will utilize an auto-extend, soft closing. With this feature, the bidding will close on ALL lots at the same time. Bidding will start to close from 7 pm to 7:02 EST. If any lots receive a bid in the last minute of bidding they will extend bidding on that specific lot for an additional 1 minute. Once 1 minute has lapsed without any bidding activity, then ALL lots will close.

Special Terms and Conditions for Embryo Sales
1. It is the responsibility of the BUYER to pay all shipping costs associated with getting embryos to the location of their choice.
2. The SELLER will be responsible for transferring ownership to the buyer.
3. Should a buyer want embryos exported, please contact the seller directly,prior to the sale to determine exactly which countries the embryos are eligible for export to. All testing, health charts, charting and shipping fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.
4. No embryos will be shipped, or released from any facility until complete settlement has been made with sale managers.
5. Emails and contact phone numbers of each consignor have been supplied on each lot for buyers to contact sellers regarding shipping and handling.
6. All announcements sale day will take precedence over printed material.
7. Buyer assumes all risk and reward.
