Regarding transactions: If a parent purchases a SkiWelt ski pass which is valid for at least three days, children aged 15 and under (born between 1998 and 2007) ride free during the same time period. This promotion excludes all season tickets, point tickets, AllStar tickets, discounted lift tickets as well as super ski weeks, Learn to Ski, bus group tariffs and children whose parents who do not purchase ski passes. In these cases, ski passes for children must be purchased according to the favourable individual off-season ticket tariffs as specified by the price list. IDEAL FOR DAY AND MULTI-DAY EXCURSIONS www.skiwelt.at PRICES FOR SCHOOL SKI COURSES 2013/2014 Only those ski courses which have been arranged with the agreement of the competent school authorities and who in turn have issued a school confirmation will be treated as school ski courses. The minimum number of participants not including teachers must amount to 20 pupils. Participants in these school ski courses will receive the children’s group price. The pupils‘ dates of birth must be clearly visible on the list of participants. The accompanying teachers will receive one free ticket for every 10 pupils. This free ticket can, however, only be issued to teachers whose names have been included on the school’s letter of confirmation. If fewer staff take part in school ski courses, there is no entitlement to free tickets for pupils. It is not possible to grant any deduction should you choose not to ski for any period during the ski week. In this case we would draw your attention to the “5 days in 7 Option”. Commencing the ski course at midday or ending in the morning do not allow for any price reduction for the ski pass. ALPENIGLU® village, mountain station, Hochbrixen 2013−14 The ALPENIGLU® village on Hochbrixen A fairy-tale world made of ice and snow, a mountain theme park in the SkiWelt winter wonderland − that is ALPENIGLU® village. In the coming winter season, visitors to the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental will be entranced by the magical village of igloos. This snow village of 18 igloos is located at Hochbrixen mountain station and is easily accessible for non-skiers. The Igluhotel, church, restaurant, bar, sun lounge and exhibition. The ALPENIGLU® village is a theme park with a difference. At its heart is, of course, the material, of which winter dreams are made: Ice! – Highlights in the ice art ICE LAND exhibition include fondue on a crystal-clear ice table, nights in the Igloo Suite, cool drinks from glasses made of ice: hand-made ice sculptures by international artists exhibited and displayed to stunning effect with high-tech lighting. Every winter, international ice sculptors come here to work on their curious creations on annually changing themes. The ALPENIGLU® guides conduct multi-lingual tours through the exhibition, describing the works and the artists, their intentions and the skills required for carving of the ice-sculptures and shedding light on all aspects of the igloo village. A visit to the ALPENIGLU® village is a must for every visitor to the region, but it is also a perfect platform for extravagant events:
