Idea Managment Software and Social Networks What happens to new ideas at work? Meet Alex. Alex brings up the idea that their company could host a webinar. Someone writes down Alex’s idea in a notebook, maybe transcribes it onto some meeting minutes and, eventually, if someone gets around to it, it might get done.
