SUPPLY EXPANSION PROJECT
The Government of Grenada, in partnership with the United Kingdom Government and the CaribbeanDevelopmentBank(CDB),hasofficially launched a major water infrastructure project aimed at improving access to clean drinking water, modernizing sewer systems, and strengthening climate resilience particularly in thesoutherncorridoroftheisland.
This project is a critical step in Grenada’s national strategy to enhance public health, environmental sustainability,andinfrastructureresilienceintheface ofclimatechange.

The Limlair Solar Farm in Carriacou is set for remediation, with French company Smart Energy contracted to carry out the work. Funded by the UAE Caribbean Renewable Energy Fund, the $35 millionprojectaimstorestoreandenhancetheisland’srenewable energyinfrastructure
