The types of bottles

The capacity of our wine cellars is measured on the basis of Bordeaux tradition 75 cl bottles.

Alsace

75 cl

Dite d'Alsace or Rhenish flute, this shape is ideal for storing white wines

This type of bottle comes from the Rhine wine-growing area, in Germany.

Bordeaux tradition

75 cl

Named after its city of origin, the Bordeaux bottle is the most widely available.

The glass is generally dark-colored to preserve red wines.

Burgundy tradition

The Burgundy bottle comes from the Burgundy region, famous for its wine production.

Champagne

The built-in range

Built-in

Wine cellars that fit into a kitchen cabinet column or under a worktop. There's also a sub-family of wine cellars that fit inside a niche. These are non-standardized.

→ 2 handles are included (black and stainless steel) for all underfloor cellars and columns in black version.

Subplans

82 and 88 cm underfloor heights

An 88 cm wine cellar with a 78 cm high door will fit perfectly into your kitchen under a 90 cm worktop.

With a sub-floor height of 82 cm and a door height of 72 cm, a wooden room will have to be added above the cellar

Both options are possible, so choosing the height of your cellar is a question of aesthetics

Push-open columns

Push-open system

Its design fits perfectly into handleless kitchens, and even with your hands full you can open your cellar with a simple push, thanks to the assisted opening feature. In the event of unintentional opening, the door closes automatically

Self-ventilated

This product does not require (as others do) ventilation in the plinth under the column and at the rear. An internal tangential ventilation system removes the heat generated by the condenser and compressor. Time-saving thanks to simplified installation with front-mounted ventilation, all you have to do is plug it in, with no need for cabinet ventilation. These products should only be installed in a column, not under a worktop.
