FOUNDER, CREATIVE DIRECTOR + CHIEF PLAY OFFICER

Hi, I’m Courtney Gault, the Founder and Creative Director of Greenwich Play. I'm an award-winning design expert with an established track record of managing design-build projects from start to finish. I also hold a dual MS in general and special early education, and an MFA in arts administration.

So many important life skills are indeed learned in Kindergarten classrooms. Leading my classroom of 24 five-year-olds required masterful facilitation to build teams, manage and correct relationships, and create alliances and common purposes across different personalities and abilities.

When I founded Greenwich Play, I brought to our company the same creativity, mindfulness, empathy, and strong ability to collaborate and bring people together. I earn my clients' trust and look out for their best interests, always.

I am so grateful to be able to combine my passion for building and design with my expertise in behavior management to help families achieve their design-build goals.
