Library Link Green Hills Public Library District

From the Director I would like to extend my best wishes to all of you during these unprecedented times. I hope you are all staying safe and well. Did you know that each year people visit public libraries over 1.3 billion times? I found this to be an interesting fact. Although things may look a little different these days, we are here to assist you in every way we can. I would like to remind you that the Library is open virtually 24/7, giving you access to all of our online resources. In addition, staff have been very creative and resourceful in their efforts to engage with you. We are exploring new ideas we hope to bring to you! I know how much you all enjoy our Summer Reading Program and we will be offering this again. Although it has taken a different form, we still anticipate a fun and fulfilling Summer Reading Program. I encourage you to visit our website at greenhillslibrary.org or follow us on Facebook for the most up-to-date information on our offerings. If you are looking for other ways to support our community, I encourage you to complete the Census; the questionnaire only takes about 10 minutes and can be completed by phone, mail, or online. And please don’t forget to support our local businesses by shopping local or buying gift cards for future use. Thank you for your continued support of your Library during these times. -Jane Jenkins

2020 Census If you haven’t taken the Census yet, now is the time. This once-a-decade population count affects community representation in government, determines how much funding communities receive, and provides data to help plan for the future. The questionnaire only takes about 10 minutes, and can be completed by phone, mail, or online. Visit our Census website for more information: greenhillslibrary.org/census.
