To ensure that the specific activity is compliant with the Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC) and the air or water pollution by the business activity is within the limits set by the Delhi Pollution Control Committee, any person or business entity engaged in manufacturing, hotels, restaurants, hospitals, or clinics in Delhi is required to have a DPCC Registration or DPCC Online Application. A DPCC licence or DPCC NOC is another name for the permission certificate issued by the Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC). White category business activity’s DPCC certificate is referred to as the DPCC Registration, whereas green and orange category business activity’s DPCC certificate is referred to as the DPCC Consent. There are two sorts of DPCC consent. The Consent to Establish (CTE) certificate is given for starting a business, such as building a factory, installing equipment, etc. When the business is completely functioning and after the Consent to Establish (CTE) certificate has been issued, the Consent to Operate (CTO) certificate is given out. For white category businesses, the DPCC Registration is valid for 7 years, while for green and orange category businesses, the Consent to Establish (CTE) certificate is good for typically one year or until the factory building and machinery installation are completed. The Consent to Operate (CTO) certificate has a maximum validity of ten years for green category business operations and a maximum validity of five years for orange category business activities. Any person or organisation engaged in the production of goods in a building housing a hospital, hotel, restaurant, or other healthcare facility is obliged to possess a Delhi Pollution Control Certificate (DPCC) certificate. The DPCC’s OCMMS, or Online Consent Management and Monitoring System, is where applications for licences or certificates are filed and issued. The DPCC’s Consent Management Cell (CMC) oversees the different zones that make up the Delhi Region, each of which has its own Consent Management Cell. greengenra@gmail.com C-34B, 3rd Floor, DDA Shed,c, Phase- 1, New Delhi-110020.
