Travel Information Arriving by Train The nearest tube station is King’s Cross St Pancras, served by the Circle, Metropolitan, Hammersmith & City, Piccadilly, Northern and Victoria lines. King’s Cross and St Pancras International are also the nearest mainline railway stations. Kings Place is just a few minutes’ walk away, with the quickest route via King’s Boulevard.

Arriving by Car Kings Place has no dedicated public parking. Limited parking is available to visitors in the surrounding streets. FAQs Who can attend the event?

Will there be samples available?

The event is open to Greene King Free Trade customers. Non-Greene King customers may attend on an invite-only basis. Please note this is an18+ event.

Yes. You will be able to sample products across beer, cider, wine, spirits and soft drinks throughout the event. Please drink responsibly.

Is there a cost to attend?

Will there be event-only oﬀers?

No - the event itself is free to attend.

Yes. Many suppliers will be running exclusive on-the-day promotions and special deals available only to attendees.

Do I need to register in advance? Yes. Spaces are limited, so please ensure you have registered prior to the event. If you are unsure about your registration status, please contact your Greene King representative.

Can I place orders at the event? You’ll be able to discuss and register your interest on the day, we will follow up post-event to fully confirm. Subject to supplier participation and terms.

What time should I arrive?

Are the insight sessions included?

You can arrive anytime from 10:00am. The event finishes at 3:00pm, with last admittance at 2:00pm. We recommend allowing enough time to explore the full exhibition, attend insight sessions and take advantage of the exclusive on-the-day oﬀers.

Yes. These will be running at set points during the day. Seats are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Yes. The event venue is fully accessible. If you have specific accessibility requirements, please let us know in advance so we can ensure appropriate arrangements are in place.

The prize draw will take place at the end of each insight session. Attendance to the insight session is required for entry into the draw.
