Catskills Beverage Trail

Brewery LaHoff

Based out of a picturesque former fruit packing barn circa 1900, this New York State Farm Brewery offers hazy IPA and seasonal specialty brews, such as Sour Cherry Rose Graf (a cider-beer hybrid), “Sticky Situation” Chocolate Milk Stout and “Elf Boots” Holiday Strong Ale.

Crossroads Brewing Company

Located in a former opera house, this lively brewpub features 10 rotating taps flowing with award-winning beers plus offers housemade pub fare that has earned several “Best Restaurant” honors.

Crossroads Brewing Company — Catskill Taproom

Friendly vibes at the 20 BBL brewhouse overlooking the Catskill Creek. Relax with a pint of one of our award-winning brews, glass of wine, or pick up beer to go. Our taproom location does not offer food, however outside food is always encouraged and food trucks will be on our patio during the warmer months.

Hunter Mountain Brewery Kitchen & Craft Beer

Over 15 brews on tap including our Ales, IPAs, Porters, Stouts, and Lagers. Growlers and cans to go. Pub-style food including Indian, gluten-free and vegan/veterinarian options. Come see what simplicity tastes like.

Old Factory Brewing Company

Located in a renovated bottling plant, this gastropub provides a relaxing space for people to gather and enjoy great craft beverages—17 beers on tap available in sampler flights, by the pint and by the pitcher. Enjoy a family-friendly menu and live entertainment. Growlers can also be purchased to go.

Rip Van Winkle Brewing Company

This restaurant and brewery features an international variety of beers brewed on site, from an award-winning German Helles Lager and Mexican-style Lager to an American Stout “brewed to a deep dark pearl,” a West Coast Pale Ale, Italian-style Pilsner and more. The family-friendly menu includes appetizers, entrees, pizza, and homemade desserts. Rip Van Winkle beers are also sold throughout the Catskills.

Subversive Malting & Brewing

A true farmhouse brewery crafting beers at the foot of the Catskill Mountains, Subversive sources all its ingredients locally, brews exclusively with its own floor-malted grains, and draws inspiration from the seasonal bounty that grows in the surrounding Hudson Valley. The kitchen offers Subversive’s famous smash burgers as well as sandwiches, mac & cheese, salads and a kids menu. Enjoy live music performances under the beer garden tent.

West Kill Brewery

Located on a former dairy farm, the brewery utilizes ingredients cultivated or foraged on its 127-acre property, such as maple sap. West Kill also sources local yeasts to craft its funky farmhouse Ales, crisp lagers and hoppy IPAs. Men’s Journal recently featured West Kill as among the “Most Scenic Breweries in America to Enjoy Beers With a View” for its stunning foliage views in the fall.

CIDERY

Left Bank Ciders

Left Bank offers small-batch ciders and meads that reflect the agricultural and ecological landscapes of the Hudson Valley and Catskill Mountains. Handpicked, foraged fruit is used as much as possible, though the cidery also loves to support local farms, with 100% of its ingredients coming from New York State.
