As the year draws to a close, we wanted to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you for your hard work, dedication, and contributions to GreenChem as a whole.
2024 has been another remarkable year for GreenChem: launching GC Austria, developing sales in Bosnia, Serbia, and Romania.
Across our AdBlue markets, strong competition can be seen. That being said, we are confident that our integration within Agrofert, particularly strong ties with DUSLO, SKW and LAT, is and will remain a difference maker for us.
We are and remain a premium supplier of AdBlue in terms of both product quality, and customer service. All of these achievements would not be possible without your commitment and effort. Your resilience, teamwork, and innovation continue to power GreenChem, and we are proud of everything we have achieved together in 2024.
Now, it’s time for you to rest and recharge. We hope you enjoy a well-deserved break over the Christmas and New Year holidays, spending time with your loved ones and indulging (just a little bit) in relaxation.
As we look ahead to another promising year, we’re excited to see what we can accomplish together in 2025. So keep up the great work!

REPSOL CONTRACT RENEWAL WITH GREENCHEM IBERIA
We would like to share a key customer contract renewal with all of you: our contract with Repsol has been successfully extended for another three years! This renewal solidifies a significant partnership, with an expected volume of approximately 30 million liters per year.
Our delivery regions remain strong, including Northeast and Northwest Spain, the Balearic and Canary Islands, and Andorra Even more exciting, we are adding Portugal to our service areas a new territory that offers tremendous potential for growth and reaching new customers.
However, we also acknowledge a critical change in this extension We will no longer be supplying cans and drums under this agreement.
This milestone reflects the trust and potential in our collaboration with Repsol, and we are confident in our ability to take full advantage of the opportunities ahead

“This year's Christmas party took place aboard the Sundeck boat (it is an anchored ship and does not sail) in Bratislava As every year, we gathered in large numbers and great spirits. After a warm welcome and a toast, we enjoyed a delicious dinner. Following the meal, we had plenty of conversations as colleagues from the Czech Republic and Hungary joined us for the event It was a wonderful opportunity to finally connect and see each other in person

In the Holding and Benelux office, we also had a relaxing year-end celebration. Everybody got in the holiday spirits with some board games, then we spent time at a local restaurant with lots of goodfood anddrinks! It was a great evening!

IBERIA: A GOOD-BYE TO FRANCISO
In early December, The whole GreenChem Iberia team spent three nice days in the province of Murcia We were located in a Hotel in the city of Murcia and our colleague Francisco Sánchez, who has just retired, acted as our guide We basically visited nice villages from the coast and in the countryside
We had very nice weather so it helped a lot because we could do all that was planned for the visit over there. The trip had another purpose: it was like a farewell tribute for Francisco, that’s why we decided to do the teambuilding there.
All in all, it was a great team building event, we were able to have a great time together, and as well created nice memories together with Francisco!
At the marketing department, we are always looking for more ways to better present GreenChem to our internal colleagues and external customers and stakeholders We have planned this project for a long time and were able to kick it off last November We will embark on five locations within our GreenChem network to showcase the procedures, the people, and most importantly, what makes GreenChem the industry leader that we are right now!
Once we collect all the materials, we will be able to use them across our entire offerings: brochures, datasheets, roll-out, presentations, explanation videos, interviews, podcasts, blogs, I could go on and on!
As the title suggested, we were at the AdBlue production site in Lovosice, Czech Republic I was accompanied by two logistics colleagues, Tomas Balogh and Renata Erdelyiova, and an external video and photographer

OOTING AT LOVOSICE
We were able to see how raw Urea was delivered to the plant, how AdBlue was made from raw Urea, and how ready-made AdBlue was meticulously tested and dispatched to our truck fleets We were lucky because the weather was great: It was sunny, the sky was clear, and there was no wind, which helped make beautiful materials! (this is rare in November's time)

HOW MUCH LOVE CAN YOU FIT IN A SHOEBOX?

Seven years ago, Janka Galatová had the idea to please 30 lonely seniors in a retirement home in Senec as she visited her sick mother in the hospital A Facebook friend, Silvia Slobodová, offered her a helping hand Together, they named the collection "How much Love can fit in a shoebox?" and unsuspectingly founded a nice pre-Christmas tradition for many families In the same year, up to 800 seniors unwrapped their beautiful Christmas presents in disbelief Three years later, there were over 70,000 Soon, Janka and Silvia founded a civic association to carry out their activities sustainably - through this specific project!
Thanks to our colleague's initiative, we had the opportunity to participate in a meaningful charity project: "Koľko lásky sa zmestí do krabice od topánok?" (How Much Love Can You Fit Into a Shoebox?) See the attached poster where you can see what kind of goodies were accepted!
With this in mind, we wanted to bring them a little joy and warmth during this special time of year We’re proud to share that we managed to prepare an incredible 17 gift boxes!
