It seems like each time we take a stroll through downtown there are new restaurants and galleries opening and more apartment complexes and condo towers being built. We realize it’s difficult to keep track of everything. Luckily, we’ve done the research, so you don’t have to. Each month we will feature a few of the most exciting new downtown developments that are on the horizon for the Sunshine City. 2DCafe is now open at 2105 Central Avenue in the Grand Central District. As you cross the threshold of this mindbending cafe, you’ll leave behind the 3D world and step into a two dimensional black and white illustration. The menu has a European emphasis featuring items like fresh pastries, avocado toast, empanadas, spanakopita, salads, paninis, and more. The cafe also serves a full menu of espresso-based drinks using coffee beans from Dancing Goats.
