The Terkenlis Patisseries were founded in 1948 by Stavros Terkenlisand have been serving the Thessaloniki public without interruption eversince. The current owner and managing director of the business, PavlosTerkenlis, represents the second generation of the family, which has been inthe baking and patisserie business since 1925.
