To set aside an area of a park to which access for a person or class of persons is prohibited without a permit.

To set aside an area of a park as an area in which sport or recreational activity is prohibited.

To set aside an area of a park as an area in which any one or more of the following activities is prohibited, either for all vessels or for a class of vessel that is specified in the determination –the launching, landing, loading and unloading, mooring, anchoring or operating of vessels.

At all times. Access to areas above water within the Australian Fur Seal Special Protection Area is not allowed. This set aside is for the purposes of the preservation, protection or management of the park.

At all times. The use of surf skis, surfboards, body boards, skiffle boards, kite boards, stand up paddle boards, foil boards and windsurfers are not allowed in the area set aside.

All of the park as shown on Maps 1 and 2 (Attachments 1 and 2).

At all times. The launching, landing, loading and unloading, mooring, anchoring or operating vessels is not allowed.
