At all times. Persons driving or riding hovercrafts are not allowed in the area set aside.

At all times. Dogs are allowed in the area set aside.
Dogs are allowed on-lead only. Dogs must be under the immediate control of that person at all times. Dogs must be restrained from causing a disturbance to persons, or damage to or interference with property, animals or natural features of a park. A person who brings a dog into a park must collect and remove from the park any faeces deposited by the dog. Dogs must stay off sand dunes. Dogs are not permitted in or around Hooded Plover exclusion zones when established.
90(3) Aircraft To set aside an area where the launching, landing or delivering anything by aircraft
All of the beach in Point Addis Marine National Park as shown on Maps 1 and 2 (Attachments 1 and 2).
Between sunrise and sunset only.
Members of the Sports Aviation Federation of Australia Ltd, Hang Gliding Federation of Australia and Victorian Hang Gliding and Paragliding Association Inc are allowed in the area set aside for the purpose of landing hang gliders and paragliders subject to any permit conditions.
