PURPOSE OF SET ASIDE DETERMINATION Specify an area where operating an aircraft or class of aircraft is permitted

SET ASIDE CONDITIONS AREA SET ASIDE
The area of Great Ocean Road Coast and Parks Authority managed land as shown on map (Appendix A)
Apollo Bay Airfield, being an area of the Great Ocean Road Coast and Parks Authority managed land as shown on map (Appendix B)

OTHER CONDITIONS
Applies 30 minutes before and during the landing of a helicopter on the reserve;
The maximum number of persons who may enter or remain in the reserve is 10 persons subject to any directions according to law.
Whilst a helicopter is on the reserve; and

10 minutes after the departure of a helicopter from the reserve
A person must hold a current permit issued by the Great Ocean Road Coasts and Park Authority, where required, which allows a person to engage in the particular activity noted.
At all times
Applies to all aircrafts excluding a glider, hand glider, hot air balloon, a parachute or a paraglider.

Appendix A
Only the following activities may be undertaken in the area of the reserve— landing a helicopter proving ground support activities to aid in the safe landing of a helicopter.
Only the following activities may be undertaken in the area of the reserve— • • •
take-off of an aircraft to which this determination applies; landing of an aircraft to which this determination applies; storing of an aircraft to which this determination applies.
A person must comply with: • •
Any directions according to law; and Any other terms and conditions which may apply to this reserve under a lease or licence issued under the Crown Land (Reserves) Act 1978, as amended from time to time.
