Hope Furnace Ruins

In 1874, the Hope Furnace shut down. The chimney is all that remains. Pieces of slag may be found and are now a part of the forest floor.

John Glenn Astronomy Park

The observatory provides a venue for visitors to the Hocking Hills State Park to experience the night sky through a large telescope and with your eyes.
