Leadership Sarasota is building a community of leaders for Sarasota today and tomorrow. Your Chamber’s Leadership program offers four tracks for leadership development: Adult Leadership, Youth Leadership, Engage Sarasota, and Leadership Alumni.

ABOUT AJ LEE, PH.D. AJ serves as the VP of Business Operations for Game On Nation. As a member of the Game On executive staff, AJ cultivates business strategy and a brand voice that amplifies the Game On mission.

A former NCAA Division I gymnast, AJ earned her Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration from Auburn University, specializing in research related to student-athlete engagement.

AJ now facilitates Game On’s organizational leadership, well-being, workplace rights, and culture development training programs. Some of her recent clients include the US House of Representatives, Verizon Media Group, Hilton Worldwide, University of Alabama Softball, The Advanced Learning Institute, & FCCI Insurance Group.
